Position Type:

Full-Time 40-50 hours per week Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Excavator Operator to join our growing team. Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable and motivated to learn. We complete a high volume of water and sewer line contracts, including many prevailing wage projects offering significantly higher pay opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Operate excavator safely and efficiently Perform trenching, grading, and digging for water and sewer lines Follow all job site safety regulations Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

Excavator experience preferred, but not required (training provided) Valid drivers license CDL preferred, but not required DOT physical card preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Transportation to and from job sites

Compensation:

Base Pay:

$18-$30 per hour (based on experience) Weekly Pay Many prevailing wage jobs starting at $50+ per hour Steady full-time work
