Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am -11:00am, Some weekends.
POSITION SUMMARY
Operates various heavy equipment and trucks utilized in construction, maintenance, and repair activities. Performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of private drives and installing tinhorns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge of equipment, facilities, materials, methods, and procedures used in maintenance, construction, and repair activities and driveways. Skill in the operation of the following tools and equipment: motor grader, scraper, backhoe, front end loader, motorized vehicles, and equipment, including dump truck, pickup truck, utility truck, saws, generators, compressors, common hand, and power tools, shovels, wrenches; phone, laser level, and equipment in maintenance inspection. Ability to perform heavy manual tasks for extended periods of time Ability to communicate effectively and in writing Ability to work safely and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions and repair driveways and install tinhorns Ability to provide leadership Knowledge of working around, utilizing, and road preparation Other duties as assigned.
REPORTS TO
: The operator will report to the
Gravel\Tinhorn Director:
Keep the program director informed of all daily and weekly activity, reports, and accomplishments about office and field duties.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to 100 lbs.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 7:00am -11:00am, Some weekends.

Traffic and loud noises, will be exposed to seasonal temperatures. We will need to dress accordingly to the weather.
QUALIFICATIONS
Heavy Equipment Operators must have 3-5 years' experience Must have possession of a valid Oklahoma State driver's License and another form of valid identification Graduated from High School, vocational school, or possession of a GED. 4 years of prior experience related to construction, maintenance, repair, installing tinhorns, and dirt work
