Dirt Crew Operator Rudy Personnel, LLC Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Truck driving Construction Skid steer loader Full Job Description Position Summary The Operator Level 1 is responsible for assisting the foreman and Level 2 operators move and place material according to plans. This is inclusive of safety, maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Essential Function Check and grease equipment, manage equipment, and ensure equipment is prepared each day Install and maintain erosion control devices Responsible for the maintenance of equipment each day Load the truck to ensure all materials are available and prepared for each project Aid in the removal and placement of stabilization materials/dirt/rock Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Aid in the removal of old concrete or excavation of sub grade using equipment and hand tools Grade to proper elevation using equipment and GPS, lasers and string lines Operate small equipment to assist heavy equipment operators achieve technical grades and material placement Remove unneeded materials from the working area to a designated location, keeping a clean and safe On a daily basis ensures the crew has necessary equipment and materials for the day's production Responsible for tool maintenance, care, organization, and security
Position Qualifications Education :
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Experience:
2+ years of experience as a finisher in excavation construction industry required Licenses or certifications: ADA Certification and ACI Certification preferred Valid driver's license preferred
Other Requirements:
Must be able to read and write in either Spanish or English Must be able to operate a skid steer, compaction equipment, truck and trailer (back up a truck and trailer) Standards of Performance Safety Complete all required safety training Attend all required safety meetings Adhere to all workplace and trade safety laws, regulations, standards and practices Skills and abilities Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Work independently, with supervision, or with a team Communicate effectively with team members Treat everyone with respect Arrive at work on time Embrace challenges and continue to develop skills Maintain a positive attitude Other Duties This job description is not designed to represent a comprehensive list of essential functions, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
