Construction Equipment Operator Knife River - PressTress, Inc. life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), profit sharing United States, Oregon, Eugene 1001 Division Avenue (Show on map) May 27, 2026 Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Operate blade, dozer, excavator, and backhoe Grade checking experience preferred Must be willing to do some manual labor Observe hand signals, markings and/or grade stakes while operating equipment Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed Other duties assigned as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience operating blades, and dozers, preferred Class A CDL in good standing w/ tanker is helpful Knowledge and understanding of grades, elevations and reading plans Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and overtime Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
