Lehigh Valley, PA Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Driver's License Construction industry experience Mechanical excavators Loader operation Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Job Summary Looking for Heavy Equipment Operator. Excavator, Loader, Dozer. Primarily experience with operating an excavator for installing culverts, storm sewer, waterline and bridge work. Must have valid experience in excavator with fairly deep excavations. Opportunity to grow with young company. Prevailing wage work. ! Must have driver license and transportation. 401 K Plan. Project location is usually within 50 Mile Radius of Lehigh Valley. Motivated individuals only that are used to working in construction and willing to help out with labor work at times. Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.. Coordinate with team members to execute tasks efficiently and adapt to changing project needs. Help with other areas of construction including some labor work when needed. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators (including Caterpillar models), dozers, loaders, backhoes. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. Knowledge of construction processes including grading, excavation, and site preparation. Ability to work in diverse conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
