What You'll Be Doing Operate a yard loader safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials. Inspect equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation. Monitor material quality and communicate issues promptly to maintain production standards. Support site housekeeping by keeping work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Collaborate with team members and follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe worksite. What We Are Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following established procedures. Capability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to learn, adapt, and support various operational needs. Reliable communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
