Full Job Description Line of Business:

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility. Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance. Support production needs by loading trucks, feeding plants, and managing stockpiles. Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain safe operations. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture. What We Are Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices. Capability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable communication skills and teamwork mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer $22
