What You'll Be Doing Safely operate heavy equipment including: Front-end loaders Dozers Haul trucks Excavators Perform routine inspections and basic equipment maintenance Work closely with teammates, customers, and supervisors in a professional and respectful way Stay alert to safety, efficiency, and changing jobsite conditions Help solve problems and keep production moving Support additional operational duties as needed What Makes You a Great Fit You're dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

We're Looking For:
