Position Overview:

As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating a motor grader to ensure precise grading and leveling for various construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to quality and safety.

Pay:

$25 per hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the motor grader to perform tasks such as grading, leveling, and shaping surfaces. Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Follow project plans and specifications to meet project requirements. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on site. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and heavy equipment operator certification. Proven experience operating a motor grader (5 years preferred). Strong understanding of grading techniques and principles. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
