General Description The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating equipment in a safe and effective manner on jobsites. Heavy equipment may include, but is not limited to: front-end loaders, trackhoe, bulldozer, GPS dozer, roller, off-road truck, mini-excavator, excavator, skidsteer. Other duties may be assigned based on specific job needs. Key Duties Ability to enter and exit heavy machinery while maintaining three points of contact, awareness of surroundings, and multi-limb coordination Knowledge and appreciation of heavy equipment safety and operation Daily maintenance of equipment to remain in proper and safe operation Ability to work as part of a team and follow Foremen's instructions to ensure schedules are met Flexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes Ability to follow traffic control instructions Properly follow all Company policies and procedures for safe working conditions Flexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs

Preferred:
