On-the-job training Safe work environment We are looking for a Equipment Operator to join our Asphalt Crew and help with the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including operating various heavy equipment on our paving crew. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual labor such as lifting, pushing, and pulling. Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary. Perform basic maintenance tasks. Operate machinery and tools in a safe manner. Work with others to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Experience in operating heavy equipment:

Excavator, Skid Steer, Asphalt Spreader, Roller, etc. Be able to work in extreme weather conditions. Be a team player willing to work.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
