Loader Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to efficiently load, transport, and unload materials at a transfer station. Your expertise will help ensure smooth project workflows, safety, and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and contribute directly to the successful completion of projects. Duties Operate loaders, dozers, excavators, backhoes, cranes, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move materials such as trash, and other construction supplies Load and unload trucks including front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, with precision and care Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Coordinate with site supervisors. Maintain accurate records of equipment operation hours, material movements, and safety checks Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as loaders, Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues quickly on-site Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiencyJoin our team as a Loader Operator to bring energy and precision to every project! Pay:

$22.08 - $26.59 per hour
