Yard Loader Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Asphalt Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a front end loader, to efficiently load and unload materials. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Operate and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading, and care of equipment around loading area Maintain cleanliness and organization of yard area to promote a safe working environment. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times during equipment operation. Requirements Proven experience in loader operation. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed. Experience with materials handling techniques and practices. Previous experience operating loader in aggregate industry a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
