Heavy Equipment Operator 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Lebanon, TN 37087 $19 - $25 an hour - Full-time AMI Construction, Inc. 9 reviews $19 - $25 an hour - Full-time The Heavy Equipment Operator is a super important role for AMI's success, making sure everything is done right and safely across your assigned division—paving, milling, base & stone, and concrete. This is a fast-paced gig that needs a ton of energy, top-notch physical ability, and serious skills to handle all sorts of jobs on the fly.
Skills Needed:
Safely operate heavy equipment, including dozers, skid steers, rollers, pavers, graders, etc. Adhere to all local, commercial, and DOT regulations while working. Assist specialty crews, demonstrating a willingness to learn and cross-train in various roles. Consistently comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects. Immediately report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor. Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance professional skills. Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements:
Previous experience in grading is highly preferred, but not required. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as rollers, dozers, or skid steers. Work alongside crew members and assist in all capacities of applications. Valid Driver's License. Availability to work weekends.
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
