You'll play a key role in keeping our customer's operation running smoothly by moving trailers in and out of dock areas at the Nissan Vehicle Plant. Essential Responsibilities Safely move trailers in and around the Nissan Vehicle Plant dock areas Ensure timely flow of equipment to support production Perform pre‑trip inspections Open/close trailer doors Hook/unhook trailers Maneuver equipment with strong backing skills Enter/exit yard tractor multiple times per shift Place wheel chocks and slide tandems when needed Qualifications Yard switching experience strongly recommended Over‑the‑road (OTR) driving experience strong recommended Valid Class
A CDL REQUIRED
Valid driver's license
REQUIRED
No reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years No DUI convictions in the past 5 years No suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years No serious violations in the past 12 months No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years Tractor‑trailer or yard switching experience is a plus Physical Requirements Open/Close trailer door - force requirement: 46 lbs.
Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement:
90 lbs.
