Heavy Equipment Operator / Dozer OperatorMinimum Experience 3+ years operating heavy equipment in civil construction and earthwork projects Commercial site development experience preferred Experience operating dozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, rollers, and off-road trucks Knowledge of grading, elevations, drainage, and site preparation GPS machine control experience preferred Ability to read and understand construction plans, grades, and stakes preferred Character Requirements Hard-working and dependable Honest with strong integrity Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team-oriented with a positive attitude Reliable and punctual Takes pride in producing quality work Safety-focused mindset Job Duties Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on civil and earthwork projects Perform rough and fine grading operations Read grade stakes, GPS controls, and construction plans to achieve precise elevations and slopes Assist with site preparation, excavation, backfill, drainage, and material handling Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues Work closely with foremen and crew members to maintain production schedules Maintain safe and clean work areas at all times Help maximize productivity while maintaining quality standards We are looking for operators who take pride in their craft and want to build something bigger than themselves.
