Heavy Equipment Operator Genesis Earthworks LLC Abilene, TX Job Details $18 - $35 an hour 2 hours ago Full Job Description eavy Equipment Operator / Laborer Genesis Earthworks is looking for a dependable and hard working Heavy Equipment Operator / Laborer to join our team. This position requires someone who is motivated, reliable, and willing to work both on and off equipment (as needed) Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently including excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, rollers, and other machinery Perform general labor duties when not operating equipment Assist with grading, excavation, trenching, site prep, demolition, and cleanup Follow directions from supervisors and project managers Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Work safely around crews, utilities, and other job site hazards Maintain clean and organized job sites Show up on time and ready to work every day Requirements Experience operating heavy equipment preferred Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Strong understanding of job site safety Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Character Traits We Are Looking For Hard-working Honest Reliable Self-motivated Respectful Positive attitude Team player Accountable Takes pride in their work Willing to learn Punctual and dependable We are looking for people who want to work, take pride in what they do, and help the team succeed.
