Heavy Equipment Operator About the Role We are seeking skilled and safety‑focused Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating a wide range of earthmoving and construction equipment and a strong commitment to quality work and jobsite safety. Seeking Operators for the Following Equipment Candidates should be proficient with one or more of the following machines: Scraper Bulldozer Motor Grader Excavator Skid Steer Roller/Compactor CDL Water Truck (Valid CDL required) Agricultural Tractor Small Trencher Responsibilities Operate equipment safely and efficiently for earthmoving, grading, trenching, backfilling, and general site development tasks. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on assigned equipment. Follow project plans, grade stakes, and directions from supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work cooperatively with ground crews and other operators to complete tasks on schedule. Adhere to all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment listed above. Valid driver's license; CDL required for Water Truck operators. Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, construction drawings, and site plans (preferred). Strong awareness of safety procedures. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions. Ability to work independently or as part of a crew. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Capability to climb on/off machines safely. Why Join Us?
