CDL Driver Dump Truck & Roll-Off (Dirt Work & Trash Haul-Off)

About Us Kuts & Kleans inc. is a Central Texas site work and construction services company providing grading, dirt work, construction cleaning, and trash haul-off for major homebuilders across the Austin region. We run a tight, professional operation and are looking for a reliable driver to join our team. What You'll Do Operate dump trucks and roll-off trucks to haul aggregate, soil, and construction trash between job sites, the yard, and disposal/material locations Run loads efficiently throughout the Austin metro and surrounding Central Texas job sites Conduct thorough pre-trip, trip, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle maintenance records Keep assigned equipment clean, fueled, and in good working order Perform minor troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep trucks on the road Operate loader or other equipment when needed to self-load materials Communicate professionally with site supervisors, dispatch, and the crew

What We're Looking For Required:

Valid Class A or Class B CDL (Class A preferred) Clean driving record Verifiable commercial driving experience Hands-on experience hauling aggregate, soil, and/or construction debris Ability to perform pre-/post-trip inspections and basic troubleshooting Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred:

Roll-off truck experience Experience operating loaders, skid steers, or other yard equipment Familiarity with Austin-area job sites, materials yards, and disposal facilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
