You'll support production goals while helping maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. What You'll Do as a Loader Operator Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Move, stage, and dismantle vehicles within the yard Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and SOPs Help maintain clean and functional equipment Assist with general automotive recycling tasks as needed Work outdoors in all weather conditions Support store operations and meet team performance goals What You Bring as a Loader Operator Experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in varying weather Reliable transportation
Preferred:
