Texas Pro Chem has been preventing foundation failures across Texas for over 30 years. We inject a patented soil stabilization solution into expansive clay soils before homes and buildings are built and our field teams make it happen. What You'll Do Operate a tractor and injection pump on residential and commercial job sites Monitor fluid levels, pressure settings, and output quality throughout the job Lead your crew through the day and communicate site conditions Keep equipment clean, maintained, and ready for the next shift What We're Looking For Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented Able to work outdoors year-round in Texas weather Valid driver's license required Experience preferred but not required we train What You'll Get $19.06/hr to start most earn $20.56 after year one, with structured raises for tenure, experience, and safety Weather day pay up to 80 hours/year Per diem, PTO, retirement plan, and workers' comp We are a second-chance employer.
