Heavy Equipment Operators with

EXTENSIVE

demolition industry experience to join our growing team. This position requires skilled operators who can safely and efficiently perform large-scale commercial demolition projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, productivity, and professionalism.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL OPERATOR POSITION

. Candidates must have proven demolition experience and a strong understanding of commercial demolition operations. Minimum Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience Minimum 3 years of demolition industry experience Demonstrated experience performing large-scale commercial structure demolition Extensive experience operating excavators in demolition applications Experience with site grading, material processing, and material separation Experience loading demolition debris and materials into end-dump trailers for transport Ability to work independently and as part of a demolition crew Required Knowledge & Skills Safe operation of demolition excavators and related attachments Knowledge of structural demolition sequencing and methods Understanding of demolition safety standards and OSHA regulations Ability to identify and separate demolition materials for recycling and disposal Knowledge of site cleanup, grading, and project completion requirements Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Strong situational awareness and commitment to jobsite safety Essential Job Duties Operate excavators and other heavy equipment on commercial demolition projects Safely demolish large-scale commercial buildings and structures Perform structural demolition according to project plans and safety requirements Separate demolition materials for recycling, disposal, and transport Load demolition debris safely and efficiently into end-dump trailers Perform site grading and final site preparation activities Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field crews Maintain compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations Assist with general demolition operations as needed Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to sit, climb, bend, and perform physical labor as required Ability to work extended hours and overtime when necessary Ability to safely access active demolition jobsites Important Notice
