Stout Excavating Group (SEG) operates in the high growth aggregate mining industry primarily focused on mining and civil construction in multiple states across the United States. The A-1 Companies maintain offices in both Bloomer, WI and Converse, TX. Tasks/Responsibilities Operate loaders in a safe and productive manner. Perform proper pre-op and machine inspections daily. Following maintenance procedures when downing equipment. Ensure your production log is maintained each shift. Work safely and efficiently while maintaining production.

Skills/Qualifications:

Good eye-hand coordination, balance, and depth perception. Effective communication skills. A sense of urgency in responding to all situations. The ability to work varying schedule if needed. Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team. Responsibility in reporting to work on a consistent and timely basis. Good attitude!' '
