Full Time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery such as front end loaders, forklifts, skid steers, sky tracks and railroad carts. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to all operational protocols. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality and safety. 50% manual labor must be able to work outside all year long. Heavy Lifting. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy machinery, including but not limited to cranes, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, and farm machinery. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor as needed.
