Job Description

Tiger Towing and Roadside, LLC is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Tow Truck Operator to join our team. We provide light-duty towing and roadside assistance services throughout the area and are seeking someone who can represent our company with professionalism and integrity. 12:00 PM•9:00 PM Responsibilities Safely operate company tow trucks and equipment. Perform light-duty towing services. Respond to roadside assistance calls, including jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel deliveries. Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatchers, law enforcement, and property managers. Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment. Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws. Requirements Valid Texas Driver License . Clean driving record . Ability to pass a background check . Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as required. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Experience Towing experience is preferred but not required . Paid training is provided for qualified candidates willing to learn.
