We are looking for a

DISTRIBUTION OPERATOR

to join our Midlothian, TX plant. As a Production Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you are responsible for operating all scales as well as keeping accurate records and performing various preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment Why apply? Role Responsibilities:

Communicate and mange truck traffic. Delegate trucks to proper scales. Perform daily housekeeping duties. Complete proper paperwork. Operate Apex system. Communicate respectfully to customers. Load trucks on Scale #1, #2, #3, and #4. Operate super bagger. Load railcars. Clean pump pits, remove chunks from silos and air slides. Visual inspection of lubrication gauges and belts. Assist with trouble shooting and correcting issues with equipment. Other duties as assigned.

About You We Require:

High school diploma or GED. Proficient computer skills. 4 years' experience in cement manufacturing plant. Must be able to also perform all essential functions of Distribution Operator II. Required to work in all plant environments. Must use proper Personal Protective Equipment as required. Ability to lift to 60 pounds. Must be ok with working at heights.
