As a Construction Equipment Operator, you'll be at the forefront of construction activities, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to high-quality builds. Duties Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Operate heavy equipment/machinery ensuring proper handling and safety procedures Participate in site inspections and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders or scaffolding Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team Basic understanding of construction site operations Experience in operation of excavators, rollers, skid steer, trackhoe is required Embark on a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and skill development!
