Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic ranch team as a Heavy Equipment Operator and play a vital role in building infrastructure, commercial projects, and large-scale developments. This energetic position requires a skilled professional who thrives on operating heavy machinery with precision and safety. You will be responsible for maneuvering a variety of construction equipment to ensure projects progress efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators ,and other machinery to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks Safely operate trucks including , dump trucks, water trucks, and vehicles to transport materials around the site Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly Follow safety protocols rigorously during all operations to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment Assist with site preparation activities such as clearing land, leveling surfaces, and setting up construction zones Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently while adhering to deadlines and safety standards Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery including Caterpillar (CAT) equipment and farm machinery Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors Knowledge of various construction tools and machinery operation techniques including dozer, loader operation, backhoe operation, excavator use, crane operation, and front loader truck handlingJoin us in building the future—where your skills make a real impact!
