About the Company T&D Moravits is a well established, family-oriented concrete contractor in San Antonio with over 50 years in business. We're growing fast and have launched a new Earthwork Division focused on finish grading, excavation, site stabilization, lime-treated fill, and supporting major general contractors across the region. If you take pride in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently, we want you on our team. Position Overview We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for our Earthwork Divison. You'll operate dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and other equipment to deliver high-quality site preparation on commercial and infrastructure projects in the San Antonio area. What You'll Do Safely and productively operate heavy equipment (dozers, excavators, loaders, motor graders, etc.) Perform finish grading, excavation, backfilling, and site stabilization work Work with lime-stabilized materials and prepare building pads Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow project plans, grade stakes, and safety protocols Collaborate with perators, laborers, and project teams to meet deadlines Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $18.00-$24.00/hr depending on experience and skills Medical insurance 401(k) retirement plan Additional company benefits Consistent year-round work with opportunities for overtime Stable, long-term emplooyment with a respected local contractor Requirements Minimum 2+ years of verifiable experience operating heavy equipment (dozers, excavators, loaders preferred) Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Strong safety mindset and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites in the San Antonio area Experience with finish grading and earthwork is highly preferred Why Join T&D Moravits?
