EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
— Asphalt & Dirt Work Stone Bridge Personnel is actively seeking skilled Equipment Operators on behalf of our client, a reputable asphalt and site work company based in Tyler, Texas. If you have hands-on experience running heavy equipment and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you. Position Overview You will be operating a variety of equipment on commercial and residential job sites, performing asphalt and dirt work from start to finish. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that values experienced operators. Responsibilities Operate skid steer loaders, track hoes, and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform dirt work including grading, excavation, and site preparation Assist with asphalt paving operations including base prep and material placement Follow job site safety protocols and supervisor instructions Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly Requirements Proven experience operating skid steers, track hoes, and/or other heavy equipment Experience in dirt work and/or asphalt operations strongly preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew Compensation Pay is commensurate with experience — the more you bring to the table, the more you earn. #T2023
