Finish Dozer Operator

Job Overview:

Morgan is seeking Finish Dozer Operators to join our Excavation Division. As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently on civil construction projects. You will also assist with general labor tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Operate a dozer and other heavy equipment, including trucks and front-end loaders, in a safe and efficient manner. Perform grading, earthmoving, and excavation work per project specifications. Assist in equipment maintenance , including cleaning and securing equipment after use. Support general labor tasks such as cutting edges, sweeping curb lines, marking manholes, staking, and stringing as needed. Identify and report obstacles or hazards to the Foreman to ensure a safe work environment. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from supervisors. Willingness to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed. Ability to relocate, if necessary.
