The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating heavy machinery and will be responsible for a variety of tasks on construction sites. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Responsibilities
  • Operate excavators and other heavy equipment. Excavators used for drilling and hammering, not digging.
  • Perform site preparation tasks such as drilling, hammering, moving materials as required.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on construction sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are stored properly after use. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators.
  • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed on-site.
