What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and material handling needs Perform pre and post operational inspections and basic equipment care to ensure safe operation Load, unload, move, and stock raw materials and finished products as directed Communicate clearly with teammates to coordinate workflow and maintain site safety Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a productive worksite What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability to safely operate industrial or mobile equipment in a production environment Strong attention to safety protocols and situational awareness Ability to follow instructions, read signage, and communicate effectively with others Reliable work habits with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Physical capability to perform duties associated with operating equipment in an industrial setting Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
