What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Assist with site operations including material handling and stockpile management Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner Strong awareness of safety practices and procedures in industrial environments Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs Reliable attendance and commitment to high-quality work Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
