In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage. Your mechanical expertise and experience on construction sites will help us deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This paid position offers you the opportunity to showcase your skills in operating equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, motor graders, and more. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, motor graders, and other machinery to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material handling tasks Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly Follow all safety protocols and site procedures to minimize risks and maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and job site progress Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of heavy machinery operation Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment including Caterpillar machinery and other popular brands Hands-on experience operating dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, etc. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices is highly preferred This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their expertise in a fast-paced construction setting.
