293446646 Job Description Segale Properties, a mid-sized commercial real estate company, is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator & Laborer to join our team! This is a full-time, year-round position. Segale is looking for someone committed to exception work, cares about details others might not notice, takes pride in being reliable, and works independently as well as within a team. Responsibilities Include:

General laborer work (grade checking and scaling, shoveling, and similar). Operating various heavy equipment (loader, excavator, backhoe, dozer, grader, and similar) and occasional CDL driving. Assist in training others with equipment operation and safety. Work in Othello, WA 3-5 weeks per year (travel at Segale's expense and completed during the workweek). Perform other related duties as assigned.

Adaptable and receptive to instruction and feedback from more tenured coworkers. Seeks out new opportunities for learning and improving skills and knowledge. Requirements:

Demonstrated understanding of grades and elevations. Able to perform physically demanding daily work outside, including lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, turning, sitting, standing, and other required movement without limitations. Valid Washington State Driver's License with a safe driving record. Punctual and reliable attendance; attentive throughout the day.

Location/Work Schedule:

The position is based out of our Tukwila, WA, office. Work completed in Othello, WA 3-5 weeks per year (expenses paid by Segale and limited to the workweek). Regular schedule is Monday•Friday, 40 hours per week (6:00 AM•2:30 PM), with occasional overtime.

Competitive compensation ($27•35/hour) depending on qualifications and experience. Pay will reflect candidate's experience with heavy equipment operation and CDL. 100% paid employee medical/vision and dental insurance. 50% paid family coverage.
