Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. Availability open now at Tunnel City, Wisconsin location. Loader Operator and Haul Truck Driver Experience appreciated. 3rd Shift on 3-1-3 Schedule MSHA Preferred Pay Rate based on experience. Call 507-382-2628 with questions or email applications/resumes to kym@jgantconstruction.com or jgantconstruction@gmail.com Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks and other construction machinery to load and unload materials accurately and efficiently Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites by moving materials and equipment as needed Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to coordinate material deliveries and site logistics effectively Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and operational logs Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as loaders, dozers, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and water trucks Construction site experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience driving front loader trucks, dump trucks, or similar vehicles preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us in building something great!
