as an Equipment Operator in Glenrock, WY, where you'll play a crucial role in our operations. We're looking for dedicated individuals to operate heavy machinery and ensure the efficient movement of materials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, and trucks safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Load and unload materials in accordance with safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow on-site. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to promote a safe working environment. Document daily operations and report any equipment issues to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in an industrial setting. Valid driver's license. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in heavy machinery operation. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy loads. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
