Job Requirements:

Assist with surface preparation and apply painting techniques with minimal supervision. Proficient in hand sanding, scraping, caulking, and caulk removal. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols. Experienced with ladder usage and comfortable working at heights. Ability to cut in, clean lines, and perform sharp taping and masking. Skilled in rolling walls, brushing ceilings, and painting trim, doors, and frames. Reliable transportation to and from the shop and ability to lift over 50 lbs overhead.
