Job Description

Job Summary we are a young painting company that is starting to grow. We are seeing journey man painters as well as apprentices For this current position, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Painter/Foreman to oversee painting projects across residential, commercial, and renovation sites. In this pivotal role, you will be the lead painter and will have 1-2 helpers to assist you as you complete projects, coordinate project timelines, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain safety protocols on-site. Your expertise in various painting techniques, construction processes, and site management will drive successful project completion while fostering a motivated and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and grow as lead painter. We're not expecting perfection but want somebody serious with real life forman experience. lots of room to grow Duties Lead and supervise painting crews on multiple projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards Prepare surfaces by performing plastering, caulking, sanding, and surface prep to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply various paint types using hand tools, power tools, airless spray equipment, and other application methods including industrial painting techniques Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized worksite at all times Train and mentor team on how to properly paint, use equipmen, get things done efficiently Requirements Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong background in construction site management Motivation to learn, improve, take responsibility hands on experience painting interior and exterior start to finish. Caulking, masking, spraying, fixing mistakes etc This role is ideal for someone passionate about craftsmanship who thrives in leadership positions within the construction industry.
