We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn and assist with painting, sheetrock repair, and general interior improvement projects. Responsibilities Interior painting and prep work Sheetrock/drywall repair and patching Sanding, caulking, and cleanup Assisting with remodeling and interior repairs Loading/unloading materials and tools Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following directions from supervisors and crew leaders Requirements Reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Willingness to work indoors and on active job sites Experience is preferred, but not required We are willing to teach individuals who are motivated and willing to learn We value strong work ethic, reliability, and attitude more than experience Must be dependable and punctual Must have a clean criminal record Applicants must be able to pass a background check Additional Information Work will be performed on a military installation. Due to base access requirements, background checks will be conducted on all applicants prior to employment and site access approval. Pay Starting at $15/hour Pay increases based on experience, skills, and performance Schedule Part-time and seasonal/summer positions available Flexible scheduling may be available depending on workload Applicants with experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, or general construction are encouraged to apply.
