This is an immediate-fill position —ideal for someone with hands-on painting experience who takes pride in quality finishes and efficient unit turns.
Job Overview:
The Painter is responsible for painting interior and/or exterior areas of the apartment community, including make-ready units between residents. This role works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to ensure apartments are move-in ready and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting & staining Surface preparation including drywall repair, texture application, and light carpentry Wood refinishing and trim work Remove and reinstall fixtures, outlet covers, and hardware Caulking, touch-ups, and full clean-up after work completion Communicate painting schedules with residents when needed Maintain paint and supply inventory Assist with make-ready / unit turns
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of painting experience Drywall, carpentry, and surface prep experience Basic electrical knowledge (outlets, switches, light fixtures) Resurfacing and bathtub tile experience (preferred but not required)
Pay, Bonuses & Fast-Start Benefits:
$17
