This position is approximately 20 hours per week (80 hours per month) , with opportunities for additional hours as workload demands. For the right candidate, this role may grow into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. We manage and maintain residential rental properties and are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Requirements Previous painting experience is required (our top hiring priority) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Working cell phone Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently Strong communication skills Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Previous property maintenance experience Experience with remodeling or construction trades General handyman skills Job Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting using spray equipment, rollers, and brushes Property clean-outs and demolition work Assisting with rental property make-readies Lawn care and basic landscaping General cleaning and property upkeep Assisting with remodeling projects Performing other maintenance-related duties as assigned What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity for additional hours Potential for advancement into a full-time position Variety of work in residential property maintenance and remodeling Compensation Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
