Job Description

Interior Painter Pay:
Based on Experience and Skill Level About Us At Hometown Painting Company, painting is what we deliver, but peace of mind is what we sell. We are a growing residential and commercial painting company committed to exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service. We are looking for an experienced Interior Painter who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and consistently produces a high-quality finished product. This is not a position for someone looking to rush through projects or cut corners. We are looking for professionals who care about doing things the right way. Responsibilities Prepare interior surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and protecting furnishings and flooring. Cut in clean, straight lines with a brush. Roll walls and ceilings efficiently while maintaining a uniform finish. Prime and paint surfaces according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. Remove and reinstall outlet covers, switch plates, and hardware as needed. Protect customer property at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project. Complete daily cleanup and keep workspaces professional. Perform quality control inspections on your own work. Identify and correct imperfections before considering a project complete. Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners. Follow company processes and safety standards at all times. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential interior painting experience preferred. Strong brush and roller skills. Ability to produce clean cut lines without excessive reliance on tape. Knowledge of proper prep procedures and paint application techniques. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the day. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift ladders, paint, and equipment as required. Valid driver's license.
