In this role, you will be responsible for preping and painting interior and exterior surfaces across a variety of projects, including homes, offices, and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help bring spaces to life with vibrant colors, smooth finishes, and durable coatings. Whether working on a small residential remodel or large-scale commercial project, your skills will make a lasting impact on our clients' properties. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.. Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and restoration tasks as needed. Use construction estimating skills to determine material quantities and project timelines efficiently. Install fixtures, moldings, trim carpentry elements, and handle renovation or remodeling tasks with precision. Maintain safety standards on construction sites by properly handling tools like scaffolding, welding equipment (if applicable), and concrete finishing tools. Conduct quality inspections to ensure finishes meet client specifications and industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting as well as commercial painting projects of at least 2 years. Skilled in using hand tools such as masker, brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, power tools including airless sprayers. Familiarity with drywall repairs Must have valid AZ Drivers License Must have working cell phone Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
