$18/hr + Performance Bonus About Us Spray-Net is a growing exterior and cabinet refinishing company specializing in factory-quality finishes applied on-site. We use a proven system that combines proper surface preparation, spraying techniques, and consistent processes to deliver high-end results for homeowners. We are hiring an Assistant Painter / Prepper to support our lead painters in cabinet refinishing and future exterior projects across the Phoenix metro area. What You'll Do This is a hands-on support role focused on preparation and job site assistance, including: Masking, taping, and protecting work areas (floors, walls, fixtures, cabinetry) Sanding, cleaning, and prepping cabinet surfaces for spraying Assisting lead painter with spray setup and breakdown Moving materials, doors, and equipment on job sites Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe Light touch-up work and prep support as trained Learning Spray-Net systems and processes for future advancement What We're Looking For No advanced painting experience required.
