$20/hr + Performance Bonus About Us Spray-Net is a fast-growing, technology-driven exterior and cabinet refinishing company. We specialize in factory-quality finishes on-site using a proven system that delivers consistent, high-end results for homeowners. We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented painter to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area. What You'll Do Prepare, mask, and protect kitchen cabinets and job sites Sand, clean, and prep surfaces for professional spray finishes Apply coatings using spray equipment (training provided) Ensure high-quality, factory-like finishes on cabinet doors and frames Maintain clean, organized job sites Follow Spray-Net system standards for consistent results Exterior painting and refinishing work as we expand services What We're Looking For Some experience in painting, construction, cabinetry, automotive painting, or similar finish work preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, masking, sanding) Reliable transportation to job sites across the Valley Willingness to learn a proven system and improve skills Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $20/hour Performance Bonus System for : Job completion efficiency (on-time, within schedule) Quality control pass rate (low rework / high finish standards) Team productivity contributions High performers can significantly increase total hourly earnings through bonuses Opportunities for pay increases based on skill progression and reliability Why Join Us?
