  • Court Surface Finisher to join our crew.
This role involves applying and finishing athletic courts and recreational surfaces with acrylic materials. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with acrylic surfacing systems, coatings, and finishing techniques to deliver high-quality, durable, and visually appealing results. Key Responsibilities Mix and apply acrylic finishes Ensure consistent coverage, adhesion, and durability of coatings, and apply multiple layers as needed Accurately measure, lay out, and apply sport-specific lines Ensure compliance with official game regulations and client requirements. Inspect completed surfaces for smoothness, color consistency, and finish quality Maintain equipment, tools, and materials for safe and efficient use. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in exterior painting, acrylic surfacing, sports court finishing, or related coating applications. Strong knowledge of acrylic-based products, surface preparation techniques, and finishing processes. Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
