In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and durability. Duties Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and schematics to accurately execute painting plans aligned with project specifications. Perform trim carpentry, fixture installation, drywall finishing, stucco work, masonry touch-ups, and basic carpentry tasks to support renovation projects. Conduct surface repairs including patching holes, repairing cracks, restoring damaged areas, and performing plastering or masonry work as needed. Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope and materials required; manage time efficiently across multiple sites. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris; ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting with knowledge of commercial painting practices. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and industrial painting equipment. Strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and schematics for precise project execution. Experience with construction estimating, renovation projects, drywall finishing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and fixture installation. Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and maintenance practices. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project planning.
