Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing residential . Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance their aesthetic appeal, and ensure durable, high-quality results. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Perform construction painting on both interior and exterior surfaces of residential homes. Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using proper equipment and adhering to protocols during all phases of work Conduct quality inspections to ensure finishes meet client specifications and industry standards Skills Proficiency with hand tools (brushes, rollers), power tools (sanders, sprayers), and industrial equipment used in painting and surface preparation Strong experience in residential painting, commercial painting, construction painting, renovation work, and restoration projects Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and maintenance protocols to ensure a secure working environment

Pay:

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour
